I have had the pleasure of working with Gary Ulias of GUPM Construction Managers
since 2008. Also, in my capacity as Project Director with Chamberlain Architect Services
through to mid-Z010 and now more recently as part of my Team at Architectural &
Planning Initiatives.
In my role as Senior Project Director, Gary and I have successfully completed projects on
a number of Day Care Centre renovations and tenant build outs in Richmond Hill and
Vaughan, Ontario. Also we have worked on renovations (exterior refacing) to the
Hamilton Realtors Association Head Office and a new 8- storey 4-star Hotelin Waterloo,
Ontario. We are presently on the developer's team for a 26-storey condominium and
Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Management work on the Domain Hotel project in Waterloo. Your attention to detail and
commitment to creating and accurate budget have proven to be very valuable. Further,
we have noticed during the term of both pre-construction and construction, that you are
